Returning the unit, explained simply
The essentials
If the unit does not suit you, you have 60 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund of the product price. There is no lengthy questioning and no obstacle course.
Eligibility
- The request is made within 60 days of the delivery date.
- You can provide proof of purchase — an order number or email receipt is sufficient.
- The unit is returned to us; please include the other box contents where possible.
Beginning a return
Email the support address on the contact page with your order number and a brief note. We will respond with a return address and simple instructions. Please wait for that response before posting anything so your parcel reaches the correct location.
Return postage
Unless an item arrived faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. A tracked service is recommended so the parcel can be followed on its return.
Refund timing
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card network then requires its own few business days to post the amount.
The reasoning
This is a passive accessory described in measured terms. The return window exists so that you can evaluate it in your own home, on your own wiring, and decide whether it has earned its place in the outlet.
