What to expect after you order

Destinations

At present we ship throughout the United States, including most APO and FPO addresses. If you are based outside the US and wish to order, please contact us first through the contact page so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.

Order processing

Most orders are picked and packed within one to two business days. Orders placed during a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the following working day.

Estimated delivery

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not updated after a day or two, please allow a little time — carrier scans occasionally lag behind the parcel.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking remains static for an unusually long period, or a parcel is shown as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will raise an inquiry with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, email us within a few days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will resolve it.
